When Bugatti unveiled its Vision Gran Turismo Concept at the 2015 Auto Show in Frankfurt, it was rumoured that we could wait for the Veyron’s replacement soon. Well, it looks like someone to snap a Bugatti test crash mule on the highway in Italia capturing the Bugatti Chiron, the Veyron’s successor.
With an incoming onset of the Chiron, all the fans have been open-mouthed looking forward to more details of the new Bugatti solution. At first, after releasing the Vision GT concept, the Chiron was considered to share the previous design together with the GT. Then again, the company showed its hands allowing potential buyers to take a closer open-minded look to the new surprisingly enigmatic model in Molsheim. As the onlookers witness, the Chiron gets the headlights almost similar to those on the GT concept differing in the rooflines only. Such elements as the predatory-looked front end or circular side blade are considered to be common too. Actually, a would-be Chiron appears to seem higher than the GT model in Frankfurt, and the door section differs much too. The new model is announced to produce over 1,500hp being powered by a hybrid system as well as 4 turbocharged units driven electrically. The Chiron is expected to reach 62mph in around 2 seconds.
It is believed that the Chiron will debut at the 2016 Motor Show in Geneva, sharing the main size and shape basis with the Veyron but distinguishing the less weight and updated handling.
